Delivery & Returns
Here you will find all the information you need for the delivery of our products.
All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible, but the dispatch time may vary according to the day of the week and bank holidays. Our delivery times are 3-7 days. We deliver only to UK mainland addresses.
Delivery service providers
We use a number of delivery service providers and the one used for your order will depend upon the size of the items. The companies include Royal Mail, Hermes, Yodel, DHL, DPD and others. We will provide proof of postage and/or tracking information upon request via the Contact page.
Damaged & Faulty
If you receive goods that are faulty or incomplete on arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the item in writing by using the Contact page of this website. If the fault is verified, we will replace the item within 10 working days at no additional cost to you. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear, and tear. Delivery damage is also not covered unless the product is clearly signed for as "damaged" at the point of acceptance by the end-customer.
In order to return the products, please first enquire via the Contact page on this website. The restocking fee is £10. This will be deducted from the refund. The products must be in the original packaging and original condition or extra charges may apply. The return of any items is your responsibility. Returns are only accepted if they are received within 30 days of the original delivery. Before returning any items, you must inform Streetmart of the reason for the return via our Contact page.
